We sell Christmas cards, with no minimum age requirement for purchasing. All products offered on the Site are subject to availability.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders will be processed within 7 working days after payment confirmation. • We accept credit and debit cards as payment methods.

• Once your payment is processed, your order will be confirmed, and a receipt will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

• All prices on the Site are listed in GBP (£). Any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be added during checkout.

4. Shipping

• We currently only ship to England, Scotland, and Wales.

• Delivery times are estimates, and we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered in a timely manner. However, if circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) affect the delivery, we will deal with each case individually. Sales are final, and no refunds will be issued due to delays outside of our control.

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information provided during checkout.

• We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty.

• If you receive a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing evidence of the fault (e.g., photographs or a description of the issue). Each case will be assessed individually.

• If we confirm the product is faulty, you may be entitled to a refund or a replacement. • Accidental orders are not eligible for refund. If you placed an order by mistake, we are not liable for such errors.
